Do you know what it takes to truly become a professional? Both the mindset and the tangible skills necessary? Don't take it from me, take it from someone who won at the highest level. My guest today is former Miami Hurricane cornerback and Super Bowl Champion Tanard Davis. Tanard and I met about 2 years ago at the NFL Broadcast Boot Camp in Bowling Green and I was very impressed with how he showed up and his level of professionalism. Come to find out he was also an actor, professional Jai-Alai player, a Sport Extra on 11alive, in the Sherriff Reserves in Miami, and a father. He is able to do all of these things well because he shows up as a professional in all categories of his life. We discuss his college and pro days, how coach Tony Dungy influenced him, and what I now call the Rapid Fire Rappup (nice right? Partial credit to my mom) where we discuss current football topics. I really hope you enjoy this episode!
